Best Nascar Game For Ps3
Most of my racing has been on PC. Nascar 3, Nascar 4, and Nascar 2003 using a Microsoft force feedback wheel. This and Nascar the Game 2011 are the best Nascar console racing games I have played so far. They have their short comings, but overall they are fun. Very good graphics, very good driving physics, and excellent sound. It doesn't need the new 2011 season.I want the best Sim Style Nascar game.Best one I have ever played is Nascar Racing 2003 by Papyrus.Its like nobody cared after that to make a serious game. IMO Thunder 2003 is the most balanced and best multiplayer. It has the most paint schemes, unlockable nigh tracks and best overall feel for the cars. Thunder 205 is a close second and is a different engine. As far as multiplayer goes I think 2003 is by far the best. Plus when you practice at a track, the track stays empty so its just you which I like. Other games that came out with NASCAR licensing after 2010 included Days of Thunder: Arcade (based on Days of Thunder), which is a game sold as a Xbox Live Arcade or PlayStation Network game for the Xbox 360 and PS3. NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona. Dirt to Daytona was the first game to really embrace the idea of moving up from the bottom tiers of the sport, the dirt tracks, to the highest level. Coming from a racing sim fan...Strange question I know, but Nascar 09 doesn't fit the bill because it won't support the current season and Nascar 2011 is way tooo buggy and arcadey for me.

As of right now I'm stuck with GT5..(which is a helluva awesome game)..but it doesn't offer the full Nascar experience or tracks.
